Therapy for You. Because Your Story Matters, and So Do You

.webp)
You’re at a crossroads, aren’t you?
Maybe you're staring at your future, unsure if you're making the right choices. Or you're lying awake at 2 AM, replaying conversations and trying to make sense of why everything feels so... complicated.
You’re the friend everyone turns to for advice. But when it comes to your own life, you feel lost.
Here’s what I know about you: You’re smart. You’re capable. And you’re exhausted from winging it through life. You want therapy that actually fits you. That’s exactly what I offer.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about meeting you where you are — and helping you find the clarity and strength to move ahead.
What we can work on together
Therapy that adapts to you
Trauma-Informed CBT
With a trauma-informed lens, we’ll explore the thought patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Instead of harsh self-criticism, you’ll learn to notice and shift your inner dialogue. The goal isn’t “fixing” you — it’s helping your brain become a safer place to be.
DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)
When emotions feel overwhelming, DBT offers practical tools. You’ll learn skills to regulate feelings, communicate more clearly, and set boundaries that protect your peace — without shutting yourself off from connection.
ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy)
ACT helps you notice painful thoughts without letting them run your life. Instead of fighting your mind, you’ll learn to anchor in what truly matters to you — creating a life that feels fuller, freer, and more your own.
Family Systems Counseling
We’ll look at how family dynamics (past or present) shaped the way you see yourself. Together, we’ll untangle old patterns, build healthier ways of relating, and create space for connection that feels safe and genuine.
Beyond Talk Therapy

What Therapy for You Can
Feel Like
You know that feeling when you finally meet someone who just gets it?
That’s what we build together.
No judgment. No ‘shoulds.’ No cookie-cutter solutions.
Just your story, and someone who’s completely in your corner.
Questions Clients Often Ask
Find clarity and reassurance in the questions that matter most to your family.
Yes — when it feels like therapy personalized for you. Not one-size-fits-all. Not robotic. Not dismissive. The right therapist helps you feel seen, challenged, and safe. That’s my goal every time we meet.
If you’re feeling stuck, unheard, or like nothing’s changing after several sessions, it’s okay to speak up. Therapy should feel supportive and collaborative. We’ll check in often and adjust the approach if needed.
In our first session, we’ll explore what brought you here and start shaping goals that feel meaningful and aligned with who you are. It’s not just support — it’s the beginning of a real partnership.
Expect a safe, welcoming space where you can be yourself. Whether we talk, walk, create, reflect, or just breathe. Every session is shaped by what you need.
We’ll try something else. I’ve got a whole toolkit beyond CBT - for example, including expressive work, mindfulness, and animal-assisted support. We follow what resonates for you.
I don’t bill insurance directly. I’m out-of-network and accept private payment via credit card or cash. I can also provide a superbill if you want to explore reimbursement.
You Don’t Have to Do This Alone Anymore
Together, we’ll find clarity, compassion, and the courage to move forward.
